The valve under my sink was leaking, but everyone I called before Total Plumbing said they couldn't come fix it until late the next day at the earliest. This company had someone at my house within an hour, & the issue was fixed quickly. Angel was friendly, did an excellent job, & all for a very reasonable price. I will definitely remember this company for any work I need done in the future.
Jubal and an assistant came out. Both were really friendly and knowledgeable. Service was super fast and super professional. Gave me recommendations we weren’t even aware of. We would def use them again. Highly recommend.
Craig and his coworker, Brandon, came out to do an annual safety inspection. They were both so friendly and nice….and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure all my questions were answered i highly recommend Total Plumbing!

Josh was early to the appointment. He quickly looked at the issue, got me a comprehensive estimate covering several possible fixes, and then went to work. He was quick and the price was fair. Very happy with the service. I'll use Total Plumbing again.
Josh was very careful with his efforts to isolate exactly where the leak was and how to eliminate the problem. He had to remove a lot of sheet rock behind the water heater to replace both the cold and hot copper pipes with dex piping. When he was finishing up the first day he installed a bypass from the cold pipe to the hot pipe so he could turn the water back on at the street so we would have water overnight.
The only issue I have with the experience is replacing the sheet rock. This is a management issue. I had no contacts with sheet rock companies. The first I called did not returned my call until the next day. Another company said they only did large jobs. Fortunately a neighbor had contact with a company with a large enough crew he was able to spare a couple of guys within 30 minutes of Josh finishing the work on the first day. Otherwise I may still be waiting for a sheet rock guy and thus waiting for hot water. I ask management to give serious consideration to employing such a person or have a standing agreement with a company to handle such jobs on short notice. I found Total through The Good Contractors List. Perhaps you could develop a mutual benefit with a sheet rock company on that list.

We always have a great experience with Total Plumbing (I manage several homes in the DFW area.) Their techs are great at communicating recommendations and resolutions. Especially Jubal and Jonathan, we've been very lucky to work with them! Highly recommended!
Had a couple of slabs leaks fixed, and I was very happy with the professionalism of Angel. He was punctual, thorough in his explanation of the steps necessary to make the repairs, and kept me informed througout the process. So much of the work was done under my house, and he made sure to take before & after pics so I could see what had been done. While I'm no plumbing expert, I'm confident that my house is in MUCH better shape thanks to Total Plumbing, Angel, and his partner. They do GOOD work.
Called Total Plumbing last Saturday night to have them come out Sunday as my water heater sprung a leak. Jubal showed up Sunday and had the water heater on his truck and got it swapped out. He was efficient and knocked it out.

We got on their schedule for today. Jubal came in and snaked our line to get it to clear and now water is flowing good down our drain.
Overall, I believe that they are friendly, efficient, and fair priced. Great experience!

Jonathan did a great job clearing out my drain line for the clothes washing machine and kitchen sink. He explained the work, options, and costs, and completed job as specified. He also had me run a quick rinse cycle to confirm no more gurgling backup sound, since I opted out of the camera confirmation option. I would recommend this crew.
Trevor and his helper were so kind and helpful. The job was bigger than what was originally thought so we had to schedule a second visit to fix it. He came back to complete it for me. He found all discounts possible for me and that was a pleasant surprise. What a blessing! I will definitely use Total Plumbing again & will request him again.
Jonathan and Fabian did a fantastic job. They diagnosed and resolved the issue same day. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Extremely impressed!
Edit: Tim the manager called and spoke with me regarding my review. We got to clarify the situation and came to an understanding. I’m giving 3 stars because I still feel communication could’ve been better. Besides the owner, I was the main contact. Thanks for the call to make me feel better about the situation.
March 18 we discovered a gas leak in our home and our energy provider let us know they had to turn off our gas until a plumber came out and fixed the issue. Total plumbing is who we called. Now it started good when a plumber showed up the next day after the gas was turned off in the late evening the previous day. The 1st plumber came in and took pictures of where the gas leak was the strongest. He leaves and sends two other plumbers out about 2 hours later.
The new plumbers come in check it out, run warranties all that stuff. Very nice men. They were there about 2-3 hours on and off. They leave and say everything is fixed. They let me know the next step is to have the city come out and inspect the gas to make sure it’s safe to turn on. The plumbers let us know the city could take longer than we want.
Fast forward to today March 28 still no gas. We called the city of Plano and they let us know it’s the plumbers duty to make sure the inspection is scheduled and they are the ones who need to follow up with us. Unless we called Total plumbing we heard nothing. We learned the first inspection failed days ago. However they never sent anyone back until I had to call and ask what’s going on and express frustration.
10 days later you all send someone back to fix the issue. Surprise the city inspection was the same day! Not as long as they mentioned. Looks like we could’ve had gas turned back on a while ago. Seems like they were negligent about a family with small kids that can’t use the heat, stove, oven, shower, dryer etc etc.

Jonathan came out with his partner to check and give estimates/secondary opinion for a possible repair that I had another specialist look at. They were ahead of time, nice, explained things well and gave me estimates in a nice report that was easy to read. Will definitely recommend them for future repairs.
Chuck was very honest and upfront with me about the situation I was facing with the water line to my house. He recommended replacing the entire line, even though it was going to be the more expensive option. But in the end, I believe it was the right thing to do. I will have more peace of mind knowing that the water line supplying water to the house is new and of a high-quality material. Chuck and his helper arrived on time, when they said they would, and we were only without water for one evening and morning. I'm very thankful that they were able to get it fixed so quickly.
This is the first time I’ve used Total Plumbing but gave them a call based on their reviews. Well, they showed up the same day to asses the job and give me an estimate (we needed two new water heaters and couldn’t put it off any longer) and Josh did the work the next day. The installation and work was top notch, they balanced the water inflow to each heater (which the original builder contractor did not do), added all new shut off valves and a new gas valve, and the price was more than fair. I already have more jobs for them to do. I’m really glad I called them.
Absolute love these plumbers and that say a LOT. Atmos had to shut gas down because there was a strong smell in the house. These guys worked for 2 very long daysin the attic and under the house to isolate multiple issues. Always on time and communicates clearly. Extremely courteous covering their shoes in the house. Highly recommend.
Used them for 2 years and was a member for a year. Had an issue with the main water line and they tried charging me $1200 to fix. Talked to a supervisor and discussed how much money we’ve spent the last year pleading to help me out.
Ended up knocking off $200 bucks. Called another company and they recommended I call the city to see if they can assist. City fixed the issue for free no thanks to total plumbing. Sad thing is the supervisor tried reassuring me he understood, has a family and will work with me. Did not sit well with me that even being a member, all the cared about was taking my money. Canceled the renewal for the membership immediately.

My whole experience with Total Plumbing service was wonderful! Jubal was amazing! He was very nice, personable, and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to fix the leak outside in the meter box, placing rock in the bottom of the box and elevating the new pipes so they were no longer sitting in dirt and mud. I very much appreciate his dedication and pride in the work he does!

Nick Schilperoort was my technician. He was very professional. Both he and his helper were focused on the project at hand. They diligently worked on my leak and used their time wisely. Nick did some troubleshooting that played out well. He explained his process so I felt like I understood well enough. I will work with them again!

Very pleased with Total Plumbing. They were very quick and professional. Josh did a great job! They were a little pricier than I would’ve expected, but I feel the quality of work and a year warranty on the work makes it worth it since they had to fix another plumbing companies mess.

Joe did excellent work and his helper,sorry can't remember his name. It didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would and they also fixed a dripping outside faucet that I didn't know was dripping until yesterday. I am very happy with their work and relieved it is fixed. Would highly recommend.
Water heaters broke and Total Plumbing came in less than 24 hours. Joe and his assistant were very kind and completed the replacement within a couple of hours and did a great job. We have used Total Plumbing before and they have done a great time each time and all employees have be timely, nice, and have done an excellent job. Customer service experience has been exceptional.
